2. For those who like a bit of spice, the Spicy Garlic Ramen is amazing.
3. This place is perfect for those on a budget. Come here if you’re looking for great food and cheap eats.
Kyle and I stumbled upon Kinton Ramen on Baldwin completely by accident as we were wandering through this part of town searching for a bite to eat. The place is small, but the minute we saw a huge lineup outside we were tipped off that this restaurant had potential. The wait was slightly longer (about half an hour), so we headed down the street to a local bar for a quick pint before dinner. While most of the time neither of us have the patience to put our names on a wait list, there was something about Kinton Ramen that we couldn’t resist.

As our names were called and we wandered in, the chefs greeted us with the most enthusiasm I’ve ever seen. No one enters Kinton Ramen on Baldwin without being fully acknowledged, so if you’re shy you better be prepared for some attention. After sitting down in front of the chefs (the kitchen is open concept so diners can see exactly how everything is made), we were even more delighted to see the prices of each dish. The bowls range from about $9 to $13, and each one is delicious. My favorite is the Garlic Spicy Ramen, which is perfect for those who enjoy an extra kick to their meal. For something less spicy, try the Miso Ramen, which is also amazing.
Kinton Ramen on Baldwin is the ideal place to come to either as a couple or with a group of friends. Be prepared to wait, but I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed. His Take
